As I stepped into the light,
At my journey's end,
Myjaw dropped at the awesome sight
And back my neck did bend.
Walls taller than the tallest tree
Did tower o'er my head.
Before I knew what'd happened to me,
I found myself in bed.
I asked what I was doing there
Staring at the ceiling.
They said a giant golden fair
Had sent my senses reeling.
With their wishes I would not abide,
"Outside!" to them I said.
But once I got myself outside,
I woke again in bed!
